Nominated Day Delivery – £6.50 – Nominated day

Free Delivery

Standard delivery orders are free in the UK. Next-day or nominated day delivery will be charged at the rates shown above.

Delivery Information

All deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail postal services, and delivery times exclude bank holidays and public holidays.

*Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full post code.

Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail, Tina Bucknall cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, mis-routing, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.

Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, email info@tinabucknall.co.uk at your earliest opportunity, quoting your order number.

FREE 14-Day ‘No Fuss’ Returns

We offer a 14 day free returns policy on most items, allowing you to try our products without obligation. On receipt of your returned order we will refund the price of your products plus any standard postage charges paid (N.B. Express Delivery costs are non-refundable), plus your return postage costs within 3 working days of receipt (subject to the conditions below). Free returns are not available on reduced price, sale or promotional items, or items where a discount code has been used, or on international orders.

Condition of Returned Items

Unwanted items returned as part of our ‘Free Returns’ policy must be returned as new – unworn and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept items which are not returned in perfect condition.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another one, any difference in price will be payable/refundable, and postage is payable for the new item to be sent to you.
