There are generally three hues of Yew wood: light Yew, medium Yew and dark Yew. Light Yew is the wood’s default hue. It has a pale yellow colour, however, many shades of finish can be obtained from it. Medium Yew gives off a warm golden orange colour while dark Yew is a deeper, more vibrant shade of Yew.

After constructing our Yew furniture, we treat it to many layers of lacquer and sealers to show off the woods and pattern. Thereafter, these layers are set in a resin of the colour you choose.
